Well as some of you know I was the one that bought yellow86coogar's XR7. Getting it back together now and figured I would post a quick pic. I will post more when its done. Just started putting the trim back on and yes the awfull frt rims will be going by-by. I didnt even bother to mask them off when I painted it as I hate them that much and I would guess there is limited overspary on them, I guess the paint hates them as well. Anyway here it is
Looks great!
Dan , Very nice it looks great so far man. :headbang:
Heres a few more pics, trim going back on. Need to get the dew wipes replaced to finish
Thats looking good bud keep it up.
Very nice.
Looks great :D Are you restoring it back to stock appearance?
More or less, it was originally a sort of charcoal color on the bottom but I didnt really like the 2 tone. I really wanted a Bird but we will see if this grows on me or not
that looks awesome in silver! nice work.
Very sweet looking car. Keep the pictures coming I want more!
That looks great. I love the results of restoration.
Very nice! I hope I can get mine to look that good!
I am in love! Awesome job on the paint, can't wait to see more pictures!
Looks mint!!!! (yhis was the yellow one??)
No I am not sure who bought his yellow one. This one from what I know was one his son drove for s short while after getting a new motor put in it(I think by 5.8fastcat). I think it has maybe 1000 miles on the motor now. It was 2 tone silver to begin with. I found it listed on this site when I was wanting a tc. I know its not a tc but its close and if I find a tc I want ever I will sell this and get one.
Well I cleared out the garage and figured I would snap a pic of all the foxes in a row. After I looked at it I noticed they are in order as well so its kind of neat to see 80,83,86,87. The 65 on the end looks a bit out of place though. Now I have to decide if I should sell my 70 or if I will ever get started on it
looks cool.. now you need more... one from each year!!!
mmm that '86 looks tasty.
