I just installed a new manual boost controller because I thought my old ebay cheapie had broken . when i first got the car the boost was set at 18psi. after i had the new cam installed i got it back and it was only making 15. I figured it might be the boost controller so i got a new one and no matter where its set at it only makes 15psi still. Whats going on?
