Title: brake booster

i,am doing 351w carb into 87 tc just wonder if i can use the brake booster thats there or do i have change it ( appreciate any info)

The factory booster should be fine.If you're going with a 5 speed,you may want to install a Mustang booster because it's got a smaller diameter and eases the use of a firewall adjuster for a clutch cable.

The TC has a hydraulic booster integrated into the antilock brake system. Unless you're planning on keeping the antilock (dunno if it's possible if going to carb) you'll need a new booster and master cylinder

That's true.I missed the Turbo Coupe part.Sorry about that.

so i would be better off if i replace it.i have to take it off any way the strut towers have some rust holes so i have to cut it out and weld in new peaces from my donnor i would show pics if figure out how thanks
