you read it wrong let me add a word so you can understand

would anyone be intressted in the 86 tc i bought now as a roller?

wouldnt know how much $400 bought it for $700

well the A/C system will still be in the car so will the powersteering only thing removed are the Engine, Tranny, ECU, and VAM
it does have some rust spots from being on the beach all its life but most of it is repairable only one spot is rusted all the way through but its a small panel that can be replace fairly easily the arm rest on the driver side is missing and the door lock itself doesnt work all the electrics work locks (- the driverside which does work it just wont lock you can hear it engage) , window, mirrors trunk does need some alignment brakes are good no underbody rust thats most of the stuff i can think of off the top of my head will.

You don't need to get pissed, last I knew you were buying one for just a motor. I asked a simple question because I was confused.

You bought for $700 and want $400? Why buy it then?

Ahhh, I see. So it WAS the car you took the motor and tranny out of then. So then technically did you pay $900? After looking at your photos it IS the car you bought for your swap. If I recall correctly you got it for $350 with an engine :toilet:. We aren't a stupid group man.....

I'm not trying to be difficult here just don't want to see one of my friends screwed.

if you want to get technical about it i spent $480 for the car $45 for plugs wires distributor cap and rotor =$525 plus i had to buy a new alternator $150=$675 isnt that close to $700.

i wasnt trying to be pissy as you said i was just changing the word so you could understand and to clear up anymore problems with other people.

also i lied about the $350 to make it sound cheaper now i can see its coming to bite me in the ars not like you guys are goin to belive me.

I would rather not part out since it would take to long im just looking for offers on the whole car just send me one i dont even know what she is worth. i guess i can do $350

what's the big deal on his price? if he wants $400 and he only paid $100 for it so what? how would someone get screwed if they pay more than he did? is he not allowed to make a buck?

to the op, gl with the sale.

your not taking a hit.  if you think about it your coming out ahead either way you look at it.  if you were to go buy the engine and tranny from a junk yard you would be paying about $350 each so even if you gave the car away you wouldnt be losing much since you got what you wanted out of it.

well if you think of it that way but if there was one at the junk yard i would have bought it because they only cost about $225 together were i go.

that is the worst part on the car mainly because of the rust i would say the only way to save it would be to cut the peice out and reweld a new small peice over it but it has no dents.
