how big of a pain would it be to run an 86 302 efi computer harness into the 84? the 84 in question is a 302/cfi.

did a search but nothing solid came up. thanks guys.

The 84 already has a computer/wiring. Replace what's there with the stuff from the 86. The grommet can be a PITA to remove.

Installing it will be the easy part, but if you're good with reading the EVTMs and doing some rewiring, shouldn't be a major issue... No I'm not a lot of help & AFIK, no one on here has converted a CFI to SEFI...

yeah i figured there would be some re pinning needed. i guess i'll see how much needs to be changed. i may just go carbed as the car will be getting a 408 in the future.
