Title: switch panel w/o seat controls

any chance there was a console switch panel that will fit my 88 that doesn't have the switch for the seat control? i'm putting manual seats in and want to get rid of the switch.

Sure, they made 'em. My 83 has factory dual manual seats. The problem with 83/84 console panels is that the piece will physically fit, but the "grain" of the plastic is different.

Mine's got mirrors and windows but no seats. They're harder to find,since most cars with the full console had power seats, but they're out there.

I've got one from an '86 with the full console. It's in mint condition, too.

wanna sale it?

i'm thinking about just going to walmart, buying an aluminum for sale sign, and cutting a piece out to fit that will cover up the seat switch openings. glue it on shiny side up of course.
