Ive found an RX7(always a bit of a dream of mine) so Im selling Emma.
Silver: Paint is in good condition with a couple nicks here and there
Body: No rust
Engine: Recent re-build, new valve cover gasket, new coolant lines to turbo.
Suspension: Functioning PRC shocks
Brakes: Good condition

Gillis Valve set at 18psi
Flowmaster lers
Malory fuel pressure regulator
Bosch By-pass valve
3.73 rear with working LSD
Sun electrical oil pressure, boost, and, air/fuel gauges in stack above radio.
Cone filter
A few spare parts are incuded:
New 160 degree thermostat
New felpro rear main
Catless 2.5 down pipe
For an additional $375 a brand new in box set of KYB AGX shocks/struts(SN95 fronts Fox rears) with Chuck W. Mustang shock adapters are included.

That was fast. Nice.
It definitely has its problems, but it is a solid car and thus a good starting point. Biggest problem is that some previous hack has removed the A/C by cutting off the lines at the Evaporator and discarding all of the brackets, hoses, etc.
