Title: replacing the fuzzy texture in the console pocket
Post by: t3skidoo on May 24, 2009, 04:43:35 PM
I'm sure this has been posted but can't seem to find the right word search combo.

Is there something to refinish the black fuzzy stuff that lines the inside of the (TC) console?

I use a product like that (smaller kit) on my model cars for the carpet and seat texture.

Might also try woodworking type places. We used to put that on the back of the Checker boards we made in shop class. Even used it on the bottoms of those plastic Chess pieces we made for them too. Flocking is the what we called it. Just might find some closer to home.

Stuckman

PS a quick goolgle search got me this. http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&q=flocking+kit&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=XdUcSqOEOKOMtgeT292PDQ&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&resnum=1&ct=title hope that helps
