well i dont know what years or models a "MN12" are but is a 94 cougar. will have more up after i fix the damage from the airbags. (note snow, cougars, and guardrails dont get along)

Yikes, yeah 89-98 is MN12. 80-88 is Fox. I always liked the Cougars more across the board, something about them appeals to me. A little work and your cat will be just like new. Hang in there! Is that a 4.6?

sorry to say no its a NA 3.8L, but me and a friend are building a a twin turbo 3.8L setup for it. just need a lot more cash.
