Putting in my lowering springs with all my new front end stuff. Should I use offset bushings or regular? Should get around 1.5 in drop. Not sure if Im doing this manual rack swap or not yet but I need to order these today. My spring isolators arent going to be here til Thursday so Im already going to be behind on time.
Also my manual rack is leaking where the shaft goes in. The seal was pushed out a little but even after pushing it back in it still leaks. Could I just replace that seal and call it a day?
If your going to go 1.5 lower it wouldn't hurt to use off set.
But it may or not be needed. It's not that big of a deal to add them anytime, once you see how everything lines up.
Personally I would get a set of non-offset solid bushings (http://"http://www.maximummotorsports.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_86&products_id=466").
Got my Energy offsets yesterday. Took Summit as long to ship them as it did the parts store to get my isolators in. Order my rack bushings at 12ish in the morning the day after the isolators.
