Goes to show winning the lottery isn't for everybody.

My modded up 500HP Mercury, I paid $5K for 500HP

Quote
All stock (for now) $225,000 car (That's what I paid for it) ...550HP (Just take my word for it)

According to this math, that extra 50hp cost $220,000.

Some people with money just aren't very savvy... ;)

I agree, he sounds like a jerk.

On second though, seriously, someone with $300,000+ to spend on cars, would they really buy a $5,000 cougar? And would a 225,000 ford gt really just be under a car port? I'm not saying this guy is full of , it just seems a little bizarre.

Just my thoughts.

It's probably in the garage next to the  $115,000 car and the unpriced Bad Mopar. (See second pic.) The $5,000 car get's to sit outside under the carport.

C'mon y'all...just because he has a Prowler there doesn't mean he's a jerk! :D;)

On second thought....REAL men build 'em themselves, lol
(or can at least turn wrenches, and actually do SOMETHING to the effin car!)

W/o trying to come off as a bigger dick than the subject of this thread....why brag about how much a GT costs...anyone who's into automobilia (is that a word? hell, it is now) knows what they are, and shag-all else.

Why don't ole dude do something REALLY brag-worthy..like hire a shop to put a big-ass turbo on it and have it make a thousand HP...oh wait, that's been done already. Pffft, rich dicks. :flip:

I think it is funny how the Cougar is referenced in the background and circled too, even though it is playing second fiddle to the GT in the pic it gets front row treatment with the yellow circle.

What kind of moron has a 500 HP Cougar AND a 550hp $250K Ford GT? Isn't that pointless? A Prowler is nothing to write home about, just a weak little V6 powers those things.

A ford guy that always wanted a ford gt. I would drive a 500 hp cougar, even if I did have a 550hp gt. There are some places I know I wouldn't want to drive a gt. The cougar would probably be almost as much fun. Not really but yeah. If I had the money I would.

Maybe he was being literal when he said "bad mopar".  A stock GT will hit 205, not 215.  He must use the cat for burnout competitions because those tires are better suited to laying down about half that power.
