5 = Only Ford knows what use this number is
H = 1987
H = Lorain, Ohio

wow, what a graft job,,
looks ok i guess. I could live with it but eventually the correct header would have to go on.

there is no mention of this original owners reason for this criss cross header. something is being hidden obviously and that would lead me to think the information is not accurate.
