Does anyone have the article on the racing school that used to use Modified late 80's Turbo coupes with HO V8 conversions and continental parts for 5 lug suspension?

Ah, yes. Popular Hot Rodding, January 1994. I know it well.
Me too please
I've got the article, it was in a 1987 issue of Motor Trend magazine. The cars were for Bondurant racing school, and they had HO transplants with the 5-lug conversion (but if memory serves, it was only on one axle, either front or rear). I'll try to find the magazine later on.
I would like a copy also. reliance@magnolia-net.com
Thanks
I'm also interested in any and all literature for these cars, if you guys don't mind. Thanks

Has anyone ever seen the article on page 44 in the May 2001 Mustang and Fast Fords magazine?
Could you send me a copy also? rscott1805@aol.com
Wasn't Eric massing up a collection of these articles? I remember giving him the Oct '86 Road & Track with the 87 Turbocoupe on the cover. Medium red metallic w/raven cloth interior.
i dont know about any of that but it would be pretty sweet to get all this together in one place. :dunno:
thor, might take a few extra secs to open up. let me know if you have any trouble.

Speaking of magazine articles...does anyone have or remember the article in Car Craft about a red 83/84 Turbo Coupe that was swapped over to a 460 with a dry sump oil pan system? That car was awesome!! Looked stock on the outside-with the exception of 10 holes and fat BFG's-but when you raised the hood it was nothing but motor!! It was also the first in a series they said they were going to run about real world cars' performance. The owner actualley let them drive his car at the drag-strip!! Don't remember any times, but I know it was impressive for the times (late 80's I think?). I know I had the issue because the car looked exactly like my 1st 83 Turbo Coupe (red over red) and I also know I lost the magazine to a break up with some bimbo I was seeing!! (Long story, don't ask!!) Wonder where that car is today?? Later, RAY
January 1992, page 50, "Stuffed 'Bird".
It was a 466 (ex-71 'Bird 429).

WOW!! Thats it!! Thanks for posting it, now I can try to find that one sometime at a swap meet (maybe?) All I really remembered about it was that it was a very nice set up and the car ROCKED!! LOL Later, RAY
Well, if someone will buy me a scanner (parallel, no USB) for Xmas...
:disappoin
How fast is you computer? Because anything after 133 or 166mhz can have a usb card added
P166 (P233 in the other room), and it's already got first-generation USB built-in. I'd also have to "upgrade" from 95 to 98SE (minimum), but I don't want to, and YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!!! :raspberry :moon:
