post up your emissions and what the requirements are. I would get spark plugs and air filter done. i would also check your timing.

Those days are numbered. Around here they have to take pics of the rear of the car, VIN, and odometer. Upload it right then, oh and there is a thumb print reader to log in. Sound unreal but I watched it all.

High carbons usually involves unburnt fuel. Timing,o2 sensors, do you have codes?

Look man,, you will never pass.  You of all people from Ca knowing all too well the "new" and improved emissions standards being forced down the peoples throats is nothing more than pressure to get into a new car.

Your done,, its over with.

On a lighter note, you might be able to legally bribe them into making all repairs in order to pass the test.

One thing you will find is after your 1500 dollars spent on said service.,, you can roll right down the street to the next station and Fail again.  Ofcourse you dont tell the new station you just passed with repairs, you simply set the state of CA up for failure then take it to civil court exposing the state sponsord moffia. (sp?)

Before you call bs,, its happened before right here on this board with one of your fellow CA residents.
