Add shipping and it is still under $110. Looks like they dropped the price a bit. Most likely to stimulate sales
Can't beat it for the price. I just wanted an aluminized off-road pipe to replace my catted H-pipe that had hollowed out cats in it, so I installed that Summit off-road H-pipe this fall. I plan on cutting some of the high cell density Magnaflow cats into it in the spring.
How do you like it? Im in need of one bad! Really tempted to click Buy It Now.....
Well I thought about it and I figured I couldnt pass it up. I need one so I can do my smog delete (dont want to burn up the cats). All I could find were close to the same if not more and used. $108.90.... That a lot right now but I think it will be worth it. I am going to s my cats and sell some stuff and I will cover the cost.
I actually like the simplicity of the design. The pipes have minimal bends in them and the two-piece design allows a certain amount of flexibilty when aligning the pipes to the rest of the system.
If you look at the distance between the crossover and the ball-socket on each pipe, you'll notice that the passenger side is about 3-4" shorter than the drivers side. Depending on your flow-tube lengths, this could be an issue. I had to "stretch" the passenger side a bit to compensate.
Running stock Stang H now with Flowmaters lers and flowtubes. I would hope it all bolts up alright. I cant remember if the flowtubes are different lengths or not, its been a while.
