Title: Help with 87 5.0

I have a 87 thunderbird 5.0 and i was looking for some help on what i should do with it (turbo,supercharger,etc.) i am already going to bore it to a 306 but i was wanting some advice and i was wondering what kinda horse power i can have before the block splits. I was hoping about 400 to 450 h.p.

H.O.  mass air convertion. 
AFR  heads
comp XE274 HR CAM
kenne bell/autorotor twin screw blowzilla 2200
1-3/4 LONG tube headers

good for 500hp@6000rpm and 484lbs@4000 with 9.2 psi pulley
good for 480hp@6000rpm and 454lbs@4000 with 7.5 psi pulley
