Title: Only High Speed on Blower Motor

Well I went to turn the heat on and only high works. I looked at the fuses in the book, thats on its own fuse. So if high works the fuse works. Is it the switch? I remember this happened when I first got the car, but can't remember what I fixed.I think I changed the switch at one point, but can't remember. Anyone know whats wrong?
