Title: Help Me Pick Out Plates!
Post by: tc² on January 13, 2009, 12:46:44 PM
'96 Cobra, any suggestions?

The only thing I can come up with so far is "LS1 LOL" or "YUM LS1".
I seem to be stuck on that track lmao...

WWII German Fighter Pilot call used to signify shooting down an enemy plane.

ABSCHUSS  was another call used.

Hmm... I like a lot of those.  I've been checking availabilities of them all day, here's my top ones at this point (every variation of "Snake Bit" is already taken):

1. VNMUSSS
2. HAS BITE
3. BIT YA
4. HISS 96
5. LS1 WHO

Any opinions?

On my daughter's 96 Fobra, she went with:

MY96KIX

For something that can back it up, I kind of like:

SEE YA

or

I would recommend this for inspiration: ;)

My favorite of all time:

Yeah, it may be a little degrading for the overly-sensitive types...but it is also comedic brilliance. And that wins every time.

That's good...

Two of my favorites were TOW END on a Renault Alliance and LUXURY on a ratty Chevette... A Personalized plate is only $10 in VA, so probably 10-15% of the cars have PPs... Makes it hard to get a good one, as most are taken...

The ones that say NV MY(whatever) makes me want to throw a rock at them...

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone.

It's $20 in PA, but I expect that to go up soon enough... just like everything else.

I think I might have to get a hooker pony for the rear deck.

I say LS-WHAT, LS-WHO, or GM-LOL, GM-HA or reversed.
