There is no pic, so it is hard to tell for sure. I am not super familiar with mercury part numbers , but from what I do know it seems to be a cougar headlight. Check you numbers, and you may find this elusive part at a decent price.

this is the left side complete unit not just the lens
according to my old mitchell crash book.
