I have a trunk lock with the matching glovebox lock with a TC key for it,very nice shape,$15.00 shipped.
Are there signs of being worn or something? I may be interested since right now I have a mismatched trunk/glovebox and passenger side door/driver's & ignition. thieves.
They are used,so,there are signs of being used, but nothing is wrong with them as far as function, except,as I stated, the light wires from the door locks were cut before I got the car.The locks are matched as they should be,doors and ignition with one key, trunk and glove box with another key,and two of each key plus the door lock clips (new) are included.
My 20 year old locks don't "look used" as in somehow worn out. I'm just curious what "used" really means. As far as I know, none of this ,with exception of maybe the glovebox lock, was painted or anything or the sort so I'm trying to understand their condition. I'm assuming the same condition as mine - they look fine. None of the locks require jiggling I assume?
They have scuff marks from being used, but the locks are tight and functional. No pics yet.We JUST got home from Christmas shopping, and early in the morning I'm taking the Sport for paint.I'll try to get a pic of everything soon.

Added another lock..........
it it a lighted lock set?
Negative Sir.Not lighted....anymore.The whole set ids in good shape, but the wires were cut from the lighted locks before I got the car.I have since installed NOS non-lighted locks.I've been looking for a set for you.
Is it possible to swap tumblers?
I have lighted door locks, but they don't match my ignition key
I pm'd you a few days ago
Please PM me again.I deleted a few without thinking and without reading. It was too late when I caught what I did.
Easy.Just turn the tumbler to the run position, push in the little pin underneath with a small screwdriver or as I used,an allen wrench, and pull the tumbler out.To install the new one, just install the replacement tumbler, turn the key to the run position and that sets the pin so the tumbler won't slide out, done. It takes longer to pull the column covers than to actually swap the tumbler.
The ignition is the one I wanted to keep. Is it possible to change the unlighted tumblers in the door locks over to the lighted locks, to match the ignition?
The door locks and ignition tumbler are matched sets. The sets were sold from Ford with the tumbler and door locks, either lighted or not.My NOS set was black and not lighted, just the way Mother Ford built her.I'll keep looking and hopefully I'll find you a set with lights.I will eventually.
