Does anyone know where I can buy the manifold bolts for an 87 5.0, the ones with the non removeable nut which allows you to screw the stud into the manifold. I tried double nutting the new threads I just bought, but about half way up they seperate.
I dont have to have to take the manifold out of the car...
Bump. anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? How have you guys put new studs into the manifolds?
Intake? Exhaust? Upper? Lower?

9/16th head coarse thread I think. Go to home depot and get some either all`thread or find some bolts the right length. I'd buy a 12" all thread that a 9/16th nut will fit on. Test it on the head. Put a bolt on the all thread after its screwed in, cut it with a dremel or grinder right after the nut. bring it back to home depot and buy the bolts that are the same length from the nut the the end of the all thread.
Oh there different lengths if you have a stock 5.0 manifold. Headers I think are all the same size.
