I found this website that i figured may be intrest to some of you EFI guru's  there is even a section dedicated to the 5.0 ECU's from even our cars with MPI with pinouts 
  Just good things to know.

They also sell harnesses/connectors/pins etc. - a real boon if you have an issue. They have a section on the 10-pin salt/pepper shaker connectors too - may be usefull in the other post where someone is having an issue with theirs.
