You might have a better chance looking for 88-94 linc's fwd there the same.

I paid $277 for ONE (1) NOS headlamp assembly (with the adjusters) earlier this year. The Lincoln headlamps are the same, but apparently at some point in 1990 they changed the adjuster assembly.
