Post by: the_intimidator03 on November 01, 2008, 11:43:37 AM
Well the new cat is missing the turn signal lever and i have one on the other cat to pull. question is... how to do it without breaking it and reinstalling it properly.  I did notice it is a splined fit but as far as any type of adhesive or locking ring i do not know.  any help is appreciated

Should just be able to turn it about 1/8 of a turn and slide it right out. Some are more troublesome than others, though.

I never knew you needed to turn or rotate it. I just give it a nice little TUG and out it pops. There is a spring type catch in the turn signal switch tube that the lever pops into.
