The forgotten mustangs. Very cool. I had two of em' when I was younger.
Way to go!! It's sitting kind of high in the front. I am guessing because there is no motor in it? If not, what a perfect place to drop a Turbo 4!! Congrats.
I really like that style Mustang.I had a 1977 ,and I hope to own another one some day.
Yea, they improved greatly over the 71-73 boatstangs.
And yea, turbo engine in one of those would be sweet.
Oh oh, I am going to tell my wife what you said about her 71 boatstang. Did you want to slam my mom's 36 boatcoupe behind it too? :D
Well, there's my hood, lol. She won't mind will she?
Nice stang II, BTW
Fuuny YOU would say such a thing.... http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showthread.php?t=21357 LOL!
Looks good, I was thinking more along the lines for 460. I am not a fan of those but Im sure you could make one look good, I like the business look of this one though. Those rears look little
Yeah does it have an engine in it?
Well, it WOULD be good to throw a 2.3T in there. :D
As long as you brought up using a 460.... okay, mine is a 429, but I still like it. And this motor isn't for sale. lol.
Ah so that's the '57;)
Is that a regular (Thunderjet) 429 or a 429CJ?
thunderjet, it's just a regular 429, nothing exotic.
pegasus, sorry for the thread hi-jack. But, that II DOES need a turbo 4 in it! I'll keep my eyes open. lol.
Hey pegesus, I have a running turbo motor if your interested. It's a low mile remanufactured motor.
the II is getting a 5.0 and some spray
but i have been thinking about a turbo coupe MGB!!
Just looking for an excuse to tear down my 86' XR7 (silver car). There are quite a few parts I am wanting to take off for myself as well.
will do but i have to finsh my swap on the 95 bird 1st
