Title: looking for moldings

I'm looking for the rear window molding and the one for the side windows? does anyone know where I can get them in brand new or near brand new shape?  you can email me at either michael.l.james4@navy.mil or mjames5@sbcglobal.net

If it's an '87/'88 T-Bird,the mouldings are bonded to the glass,and you have to find new windows.EXPENSIVE.If it's an earlier Bird,the mouldings are separate pieces.Same for the Cougars.

Edit...By the way,post down below in the classified "parts wanted" section.That will help better.

As I said,the 1/4 windows are big $$$.I was lucky to score mine for nearly the cost of dirt compared to the costs now.Dry rotted 1/4 windows do look like ,though.Is your window trim black or does it have the chrome strip?I believe the ones with the chrome were cheaper.I'll try to find the seller for you.

O.K.,here's a phone number to a local glass shop called "Glass Service Inc.".They can get the windows for you.I'll give you both numbers,one is toll free.They are on Sam Noble Parkway here in Ardmore,Oklahoma.I think they are cheaper than the vendor that was here and on Ebay,but they still aren't cheap,and those windows probably aren't made anymore,so the price probably won't get cheaper anywhere you may find them.
