Carmen may recall me saying I had a Ford wheel on my Truck. I was looking for some more stock Ford truck wheels to replace the old Chevy steelies, because I really liked how these things worked.
Now, I was under the assumption they were Ford, because the guy who gave it to me said it was off of his 96 F-150.
WHAT A FOOL! They weren't even off his truck. I don't know where he got it, but he's so full of shiznite! Endless searching for stock Ford wheels left me with nothing, but one skim through the trader, and I see my wheels on an Astro.
Well, at least I know what I'm looking for now.

That wheel LOOKS similar to a Ford truck wheel, but it isn't one.
Does look to me like it came off of a Astro or S-10 though,
If you measure the bolt circle, I can tell ya if it's a Ranger or S-10 pattern.
Edit: Ford wheels typically use screws to retain the center cap, on truck wheels, while I think GM uses snap-on style method of retention...
