I think it is a nice looking car and if money was better I would be all over this and the 40k mile '83. But I aint got the money.
It is just a matter of time before these cars go through the roof. I think the TCs, SVOs and Turbo Mustangs are the most under valued cars out there.
Look at the Turbo Buicks from the same era, they are selling for much more as are the Syclones and Typhoons.
Another 5 years maybe 10, we will wish to pick a car like this up for $6k.
Ya I hope to build my current TC as a drag car and buy a SVO or TC with low milegage and buy it now and restore it and sell it in 5 to 10 years for a profit.
Don't get your hopes up, my '69 428 Cobra Jet Fairlane is still worth roughly half of a Mustang with same(original) engine...

In case you hadn't noticed, compared to the prices of these cars in say.....2005; they've gone up quite a bit on the whole.
$2K would have bought an extremely nice car a few years ago. That same $2K will get you a car that needs a fair amount of work today.......especially a TC.
Gone are the days when I couold find a low mileage 87-8 5.0 bird with no rust on the body (and minimal on the frame and chassis) for under $1000.......
I let one like that slip by about 2 years ago. The buyer paid $550. Regatta Blue 5.0 Sport too.
The interior of that TC is EXACTLY what I would want. Raven cloth seats, full console. If I were to do anything else to my interior, those are the 2 changes I would make.
It appears as if the dash is monochrome dark charcoal grey......Does anyone know if that was standard on the raven interior dashes?
