Title: Have to redo the front...
Post by: Crusher on September 18, 2008, 01:46:24 AM
Hey guys,

my ball joints are killed aswell as the front suspension..  so since I drive people back and forth to college with me they said they will all put in money to get the whole front end of the car in brand new shape...

I wanna replace everything in the front since Im not paying for parts :-p

So what would be a good set up for our cars for suspension...  And

Besides suspension, tie ends, ball joints, bearings, what esle is there to chage in the front?

Also anything esle Im worth replacing if im doing the whole front?

and what type of tools will I need for the job... doing it my self of course????

You might consider replacing the rack and pinion while you're under there, esp if the car has lots of miles.  A/S bar bushings, frame and end link.  Check the A/S bar frame mounts and frame rails for cracks.

Of course, you could always go here (http://"http://www.maximummotorsports.com/") and buy everything.
