Title: Lincoln 225 arc welder question.

I bought one of these a couple weeks ago, and some a-hole clipped the wiring out of her...


anybody have a drawing of how its supposed to be wired up? its g me off. because i need it and i cant use it yet.


any help would be amazing

What wiring is cut? all of it? or just the feed wires?

post the nameplate information for the input.  the makers website has a pdf manual you can download.

Voltage in
Current draw

Looks to be a 220v in / 50A 2pole breaker with 10 or 8 awg wire.

just the 220 in wires... everything is still intact

simple, it's right in the schematic above, 2 hot wires and a common

get the following

a 220 stove outlet
a 220 stove receptical
a spool of wire (6awg bundle that has 2 hots, a N ) 3 wires total
a 50A 2 phase breaker

If you can get a 4 pole outlet and receptical, that would be best because then you can go with a 4 conductor wire spool.  Well pump wire comes in rolls and should be sufficient.
