Title: Swaybar Spacers
Post by: tireshredder on September 03, 2008, 03:34:24 PM
After trying to find some online, I was wondering if I could make my own.  I was just thinking of taking some 1/4" plate steel, cutting it into 2x5 rectangles, and drilling the holes.  I'm not sure how much it needs to drop, so I was going to throw as many as i need in there.

Does anyone see any problems with this?  Does anyone know of a site that has spacers?

351w swap.  The oil pan is resting on the swaybar.  Figure that might be bad for handling.....

Hey why can't you shorten the end links on the sway bar. That
should move the bar away from the pan.

I have the spacers on.  Just haven't got to drive the car yet.  But everything looks good so far...
