Are the ball joints the same between a TC and a standard Bird (1988)?

I'll try to take a lot of pics when I actually get started.I'm gathering up all the pieces right now.I found a guy in the next town over who said I can pull the spindles,calipers,rotors,master cylinder,and proportioning valve from an '89 Mustang GT for a hundred bucks.I may just do that today.
