Man I'm seeing some purdy engine compartments. The twin turbos and Kenny Bell roots pics blew me away! I'm going to hide in the corner now and pout. It just isn't fair!
The car was sold but I thought the pic was worth adding.
Hey Beedle,nice intake plate.It looks really familiar.LOL.

What air intake is that? Are those just parts from the hardware store or are they some kind of intake kit?
Here is ours it's a 3.8L V6 with a little over 34,xxx miles on it:
They're just parts from the hardware store that I have on until I can find the Mustang tubes.
Doesnt look bad at all. How thick is it and what is it? might stay cooler than stock tubes.
just got the Mark VIII fan in today, the aluminum radiator and powder coated 3G alternator were finished recently as well. Still need to install the new relays for the fan when they come.

Thanks, IIRC it's a 3" 90* rubber plumbing elbow and a 3" rubber female-female coupler. They looked to be about 1/8" thick.
How long before you drop a 302 in there?
428 SCJ in my dad's old '69 Mach.
looks really good man and your dads mustang looks nice 2.
Someday it will run.....

Needs to be pulled and cleaned and painted BADLY. Soon enough...
I tried to make it look nice again so dont be to harsh!
How did the valve ajustment go?
Here's mine
valve adjustement went great
made a world of differnece in the idle, throttle response, and how quickly it starts up. I need to go back in the pass side and redo a few that are still making noise, and it needs a oil change before i can really tell.
here is some old pic of my cougars engine compartment.(http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii52/blackcougar84/motor/PIC-0087.jpg)(http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii52/blackcougar84/motor/PIC-0089.jpg)(http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii52/blackcougar84/motor/PIC-0090.jpg)(http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii52/blackcougar84/motor/PIC-0091.jpg)
