I ran at the track this weekend, (got my hands on some slicks)15x8
I put the 17lb pulley on with the 55 shot ( went for broke), car went 10.21 at 132mph with a neck snapping 1.49 60ft. (that really hurt, wasn't prepared). Scared the $h!t out of me!
I was racing a 89 notch mustang that went 11.19 and severly handed him his ass. :D Guy was really cool, and gave me a major compliment on how fast the car was. I guess it goes to show that not all mustang owners are dicks! He was really shocked how my car still had a/c and full interior with power everything (no gutted cars here)
Unfortunately, I may be permanently banned from that track as thats the second time the official told me not to come back without a cage. I'll find out soon- plan on going at the end of the month.

I own a Mustang and I'm not a dick....At least I hope I'm not. I know exactly who you're talkin about though.....Great #'s by the way. Next month I should have the new Stang in the 12's, hopefully the Cougar too. Waiting for parts sucks! Never driven a 10 second car. 1.49 60' is insane! So is your neck better now?
Yeah neck is o.k. but whiplash sucks. When I got my slip I about passed out, the number was faster than I had thought. And yes not all, and not many mustanger's are D!ck$, but a few can really twist your nipple. Along with all that my fiance was taping with my new digital 8 cam and she dropped it. Good thing I got the best buy warranty.
Sorry bout the camera. Speaking of tools:

Also in this one he states his 82 is a capri. On this forum he said it was a Stang:

Looking through his other posts lead me to believe he may have the parts listed here, however they are not on his *ahem* car:

cool nice times.
:rollin: You now what's hilarious about these posts he says he's using a single 600cfm carb for twin garret turbos :rollin:
Can anybody say boooooommm
What an idiot
 :shoothead  :shoothead
Dam 10.21 sweet!
I'll be happy if mine pulls 13.5's after my mods.
Any pics of your bird?
blownbirds , sweet ride man , awesome times... would love to see that haulass down the track... also seen the posts zozo1 made.. even with his car having the 600cfm , it runs sweet, i give him that.. I sent him those posts and told him he sounds like an ass.. He wasnt happy but came to realize he does sound like an ass..lol ... him having a 82 stang or capri ..LMAO.. well , its an 82GT Capri but with mustang taillights , hatch, and a few other things.. so he calls it both i guess.. same shiznit to me anyways.. its not a stock block he has anymore either, i bought it from him.. Im reading these and talking to him about it laughing my ass off , he's getting pissed cause he knows i think he's a jack ass..I dont know guys, people make mistakes and he's been embarressed.. his car is quick , i give him that , and the whole thing about him being an ass is because he does all the work himself, not a shop.. so hes over proud.. you know.. anyways, Blownbird , awesome times again man. keep it up..
Don't laugh...
On a draw through system with enough pull, a carb rated at 600 cfm could easily reach 1000-1200 cfm. On a NA application manifold pressure can never be less than 0", but on a draw through turbo or SC system it could easily be 15" of vaccum at the base of the carb there by doubling its air flow.....
BTW congrats on the 10.21 hell of a pass....
and the whole thing about him being an ass is because he does all the work himself, not a shop
As far as I've seen about 90% of us here do all the work are selves.
So, hopefully he realizes that all of us take a lot of pride in our cars, just not to the point of stupidity.
BTW thanks for the encouragement everbody, I'll have some pics uploaded by the end of the week,
(just got my father inlaws digital cam )
