He bought the car almost a month and a half ago if you guys recall the pkg deal he and i got. Anyway he sold it to one of his customers and the customer traded it back in For an 2003 E-250 cargo van! The car is simply nice plus you guys can see a few photos of my dads dealership and ck his other auctions thanks Daniel

Oh, yes, that was certainly a dealer option, and a HUGE mistake in the south.  Dunno what the birds down here eat, but Sure Seal won't stand up to it.  And a dark colored car is a MAGNET for bird poo.

I did some checking shortly after I bought mine, and like an idiot had the Sure Seal put on it, and I found that FoMoCo will not warrant the paint if there are problems, and any other coating has been applied to the vehicle.  Sure enough, the painted pin stripes on mine peeled, and nope, no warranty.  Nothing some stick-ons wouldn't fix, but still ....

Extra sealants on paint here in the south are not worth the paper the receipt is printed on.  About the only way a paint job is gonna stand up to summer sun is to wax it regularly with a high quality wax.  The good part is, though we don't get terminal rust either, unless the car is just completely neglected, and water is allowed to stand in them.  We don't have enough snow to bother salting our roads.  When it does snow here, we just simply stay home.
