An estimate would be $25 per wheel so $100 to ship. I will be in Scranton PA this Saturday the 12th. If you want to meet me there that could save you some money in shipping. Unless your are driving a truck, it should not cost you $100 in gas. If you want me to ship them to you I can. Let me know since I

I just had 4 17x8" wheels shipped to me from California via UPS for $45. Or at least that's what the guy wound up charging me. He originally was quoting $25-30/wheel for shipping.
I think you might find it may not be too bad seeing as you are so close.
