on my bird i to average 14.6 mpg (based on the computer in the car)
my 06 gti 2.0t (my daily driver) i get about 29
I like driving the T-bird more though
I have an 88 3.8l. On the highway I can get as much as 35 mpg. Thats without my foot in it of course. Driving like I'm driving Mrs Daisy around.
well if i did not drive it so hard i would get 20 but i usually get around 15-16 with mixed driving (mostly city with a lot of stop and go)
18-19 in the cat
10-12 in the bird
and 20 in the truck.
Zero... The odometer quit at 132589... Fill it up, run it out of gas, still reads 132589(this is the '93 Grand Marquis)...
On the Bird, I dunno... Has gotten a little over 26 on the highway...
I'm still using the same tank of gas since 2003.
17 overall in the Cougar, 22 on the highway.
PT Cruiser (DD) has been averaging 27 MPG since I gave it a tune up recently.
I've been getting about 24-27mpg in the Saturn with mixed driving with a dying tranny. Along with burning about 2.5 quarts of oil between fill ups. w00t!
Gel FTL!!!1! ;)
And, um, guys...we've already had a few other threads about fuel mileage lately. It's getting a little redundant.
LOL.
