Title: mystery plug to nowhere = door locks controls?

Passenger side door view:  This plug has never been attached to anything.  Could it be wiring for power door locks?

Wire colors appear to be black w/ blue stripe, and black (or black w/white stripe).

I think that's for the factory locks with the lights in them.

Pretty sure that's the wire for the door lock lamp
