How rare is a factory Tbird 85 with a 4 speed manual ?
I don´t know what motor has that car...but the console is from the factory , because i have seen here 5 or 6 of these.....
well, in the states, we only got the turbo coupes with a 5-speed, which arnt very rare, but arnt the easiest to find either
down in mexico, you got very different cars, so its hard to guess what you have down there
It would be very interesting to see some pictures.
Is it a 4 or 5 speed??? My guess it is a Turbo Coupe...
i see one of these cars every day parked in my way to the school. Maybe i can post some pics. I guess that it isnt a turbocoupe, because i see one with the hood open and was a V8, but i´m thinking of V6, too...
Yep, 4 speed manual. I saw the shifter and all of them have the well known pattern of the 4 speed....
OK... guess you guys have some different Birdies down there.. Yea get some pictures if you can, would be interesting to see how our cars evolved in other countrys...
You may want to talk to a few owners of these cars, maybe you can find the right "gear head" that could help you get your Coug running again(or at least they could maybe tell you where to get it fixed)..
Maybe someone can tell me about a good Mech with some luck.
For now Turbocoupe50, tomorrow will be the time to do a new try with the car. I have called today to another mechanic. He will go tomorrow to see the car (3 months of coma). I hope with this will not be another waste of time (at least, i have a bunch of new electrical parts....maybe i can get better fuel economy). Wish me luck !
