does anybody know where the wiper control module is on an 83 cougar? wipers work, but dont go down all the way and the delay doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. thanks....
Yep sir I sure do! I feel for you. The best way to describe it is above the fuse Box. Pull the column apart and the lower dash. Then drop the fuse box. There are a couple of screws that hold it in. To make sure you have the right "BLACK BOX" follow the harness coming out of the wiper switch to the box. Not the hardest thing but not any fun with the little room you have to work in. Hope that is what you wanted to here.
