when i go to swap an HO 5.0 into the 88 XR7 can i
use a stock 88 mark 7 pump. i see they use the same gas tank.
is it a straight bolt in? thanks for any info. was reading erics
info but instead of aftermarket pumps i would use oem stuff.

The Mark tank is the same(at least a '86 MK was same as '87-'88 TC), swapped with only a gauge sender change necessary... Pumps are also same as is the 5.0 Stang... The hanger(pump mount), is different on the Stang...
