I am in the Honor Guard at the USAF Academy and I can tell you that it would be hard as f#ck to hardly move during this storm.

My hat is off to these guys. A JOB WELL DONE!

I am honoring a Lt. Colonel tomorrow at his funeral. I can only strive to perform this perfectly as every fallen comrade deserves the very best!

That's amazing.... I know I couldn't do it.

BTW, I talked to my nephew last night, who is in Iraq.  Our temperature here was in the high 80's yesterday with a good amount of humidity, and today it's to be in the 90s with high humidity.

However, he said that yesterday it was 125* and high humidity (he's near the ocean).
I told him I won't complain about the heat we are having right now.... it effects me horribly, but if he has to deal with much worse, then I guess I can learn to deal with it too.
He admitted that it's really hard and he doesn't know how the guys can deal with it...yet they all do.
We need to give more credit to our people over there and what they have to put up with while they are there.
