i am looking at geting a cougar and it need a motor i was woundering what i would need to do to put a 4.6 in it

i am thinking its an 87 or 88 it has a v6 in it auto but i would like to go with a 5 speed

hey 32vfox bird i looked at your build thread thats going to be a bad car 1 more qustion dose your car have a tubularfront cross member if so witch one works one these cars
