Title: odd question from NAPA
Post by: jcassity on April 13, 2008, 10:20:51 AM
I got a ton of parts on order from napa for the mother in laws 96 kia sophia.
plugs
wires
cap
rotor
fuel filter
air filter
timing belt (interferance engine)
tail pipe with ler
intermediate pipe with resonator

While i was at it, i ordered a new rack/pinion for my 20th and got asked if i had perfromance suspension.  I said yes due to the quad shocks on the rear but have no idea what this means for the rack/pinion.

is there a different rack out there based on suspension?  I wouldnt think so but thought i would ask.

The 15:1 rack. Technically all 1987-88 cars were supposed to have the sport rack, according to all documentation that I have, but that wasn't the reality. They still had the 20:1 rack for all LS models (and base T-Bird models, probably the LX also, not sure about that one), and the sport rack for the XR7, 20th Anniversary, Turbo Coupe and T-Bird Sport models.
