Kinda pricey...
That's about $180 more than what a TRX wheel is worth...
i got a set of TRX wheels, with centercaps...
The wheels are good looking, IMO, just the tires are so expensive.
Might sell 'em to a syard for the aluminum...:flame:
Do they require some unique tire?
I've always liked how these look~especially for factory rim, And have always wondered why i never see any foxes with 'em on (Other than i just assumed they were scarce).
390 mm tires. Its inbetween a 15-16inch -$300 per tire IIRC. i priced them when i bought my car, since it had the TRXs on it. so i just went to Ponies.
my cougar came with those from the factory.... the build sheet shows 390mm rims..... were the cougar and thunderbird trx rims the same style?
i've been thinking of getting a set
Well that explains it, lol.
That one looks used.
Someone on here (and I can't remember his name) has modified some larger wheels with TRX centers. This allows more common and better tires with the unique TRX look.

For the cost of one wheel you can buy a nice set of snowflakes,or turbines,or ten holes................And for the cost of two,you can buy a new set of Cobra R's or some other kind of wheel.
Man I whish the TRX style wheels fit 15" tires. If they did I would soooo be rocking them. :D
x2
Someone could probably make some money buying em all up, and converting them like 83-88t-bird guy did. :hick:
