I thought at first this was a gasket for the Ardun Kit for Flathead motors.  It's not.  SOmething in me still says flathead part though.  Not factory, but someone's innovation.

Not sure which response was the most entertaining, however, there was only one correct answer.  Here's rough test fit, there's still some tweaking to do.

In an attempt to keep this addition kinda color-coded with the factory interior, the panel is painted semi-gloss black and the gauge bezels are dark regatta blue.  Not sure if this is going to work since the black and blue are so close in color to each other.  If this doesn't work, I've got at least three more sides for experimentation before having to break out the stripper.

Thanks guys.

The gauges left to right are autometer vac/boost 30-30, autometer 0-100 fuel pressure, autometer cobalt d-pic (g-meter), innovative wideband a/f.

Not sure what's going on, but the Innovative has a blue tint to the gauge face which isn't depicted in the literature I've seen.  Does anyone know if there's a hard plastic cover that should be removed?  I already removed a soft lens cover.
