The book I'm looking at, shows wiring in the doors as standard. It doesn't say anything about non power doors though
also says, keyless entry was optional wiring.
did you look at it?
If you look in the door jamb, you should see the rubber tube that the wires are going through. if you squeeze it, you should feel the wires.
If not, you could rewire that car with everything from your car including the motors and lock poppers and mirrors.
It wouldn't be a quick project, but anything can be done
the seats, the same thing.
You'll have to pull the seats and carpet to do both, unless the switch connectors are in the console already. you won't know until you investigate the wiring.

I would say it would be easy to swap everything. just a little time consuming.

I swapped all the wiring for the 5.0 into my TC and made adapters to hook it up, but it'd be a cold day in Hell B4 I'd try to swap in keyless entry... It's a whole different operation... The current lock/unlock relays would not be used, plus wiring runs the length of the car and the module is in the trunk... I wired up a remote control Taurus module and use that...

Yea, it could be done, but you'll be wiring from one end of the car, to the other. and swapping  the keyless entry module.
I think I have a full wiring diagram of everything for the doors somewhere. If your going that route I'll find it for you.
