I found this thread on Corral.net and it got me wondering about what we can get for our cars from the junkyard.

Ive heard we can use mustang springs to get 1" of drop. What else out there can be swapped in for improved performance/handling/appearance?

what venders would you use to find performance parts for a 2.3 turbo what should i do to the notor to make it run fast.

very good post on coral been keeping up w/it for some time now alot of stuff is repeated now
it would be nice if someone took the true facts out and made one simple list.

I agree I wish someone would give us a basic list of what to do and how to improve are vehicals.
