While my buddies' shop did the 6-spd swap, they put the light in a place where the modesty panel completely blocks it.
I forgot where the light that illuminates the driver's side floor goes, so where goes it? Thanks in advance. :)
Are you talking about the one by the fuse panel?
Yeah, it's bolted to the fuse panel IIRC.
Ahhh, why didn't I think of that!!! Thank you both!
Can anyone snap me a pic, by any chance? if not, I'll just figure it out.
:rollin:
So leme get this straight, your car occupies 757,293.1 cubic inches of space and we have narrowed down your question to an area the size of a beer can, and you still want us to narrow it down to the pixel level,,,,?:D
taxin us arent ya?
lol
Toss the friggin modesty panel, problem solved...
Did you actually calculate that number? ;)
They put the light under the steering column and bent the bracket so its pretty hard to tell what it looked like. I never said I was good at fixing other people's mistakes.
It bolts on the right side of the fuse block on the metal support bracket for the fuse block. There are two holes on that metal bracket. One for the screw to pass through and one to insert the tab on the puddle lamp bracket into to orient the lamp correctly.
To make sure the light is in the right place it should shine in your eyes and blind you when you try to change a fuse ;)
That's awesome. Attention to detail is always the key.
