Yeah, they sold off Lunati last month too. Judging by their filings and what not it looks like they're selling off to new investors under the guise of a bankruptcy in order to renew all of the debt. Kind of standard procedure these days. If the new investors are sell-happy though you could see all the brands being split (Holly, NOS, Weiland, etc) and sold off, possibly to the other "mega-companies".
